PU HOME SOLUTIONS respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect for Amar Sathi (shop and homestay segments) and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email, business name, address, UPI ID and GSTIN (if you give them).
• Business records you enter: bills, products and product photos, stock, customers and their balances, suppliers, expenses, rooms, photos, bookings and guest details.
• Guests of homestays: name and mobile number when they send a booking request, and — only if the owner asks them to fill the check-in form — address, ID type and number, needed for the police guest register. This is visible only to that homestay's owner and staff.
• Payment records: plan, amount, date and payment reference. Card, UPI PIN and bank details are handled only by Cashfree Payments and never reach us.
• Technical data: basic logs (time, device type) needed to keep the Service secure.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: show your records, make bills and reports, send WhatsApp messages you ask for (bills, reminders, plan reminders), give support, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data and we show no advertisements.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service — Cloudflare (hosting and database), Cashfree Payments (payments) and WhatsApp (messages you send) — or when required by Indian law.

Security and storage

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed. Only you and staff you add can see your business records.

Your choices

You can download your lists at any time and correct your details in Settings. To close your account and delete your data, email puhomesolutions@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
